Aradhana Reddy Eluganti is the visionary founder of Ecole Kids, an institution established with the mission to provide world-class education at affordable costs. With over a decade of experience in managing primary schools, Aradhana brings a rare blend of academic excellence, global professional experience, and a deep commitment to educational equity.
Aradhana holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA. Following her academic pursuits, she spent ten years working with some of the world’s leading multinational corporations in the United States, where she consistently demonstrated technical expertise and leadership. Her outstanding contributions in the field of engineering were recognized when she received the prestigious Best Female Engineer Award.
Driven by a passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact in her home country, Aradhana returned to India and transitioned into the education sector. She leveraged her international exposure and operational acumen to build a nurturing, future-ready learning environment through Ecole Kids. Her approach emphasizes innovation, inclusivity, and a child-centric curriculum tailored to equip young learners with the skills needed in a rapidly evolving world.
